THE WEEKLY EAT - DINNER (VEGAN)


From Top to Bottom 

BANGING-BANGERS & MUSTARD MASH
Linda McCartney sausages, caramelised onions & mustard mash potato.
COSY CU|ZZA'
Spinach rice, plain boiled rice, fenugreek balls, vegetable samosas, spinach and pea curry, grated carrot,  chutney & chickpea and cashew curry. 
LEAN LENTIL SPAG BOL
Homemade lentil and mushroom spaghetti bolognese with mature cheddar style block sheese. 
CHILLI CON TOFU
Homemade tofu chilli non carne with rice.
LEAN, CLEAN, PROTEIN
Broccoli, tofu, pepper & boiled new potatoes.
SOURED & SWEET
Homemade sweet and sour chia and rice protein pieces with cooked pineapple and rice.
RUSTIC ROAST
Aubergine, pepper and olive loaf with all the trimmings. (Carrots,  roast potatoes, cabbage, parsnip, beetroot, onion & sweet potato) 

All sprinkled with ground black pepper of course!
